Our company promises that you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:

✅ The product has quality problems;

✅ Damage occurred during transportation;

✅ Wrong product sent, inconsistent with the order, and does not affect resale.

❌ The following situations are not eligible for "7-day no-reason return":

Personalized customized products;

The product has been used (electronic products are considered used if powered on);

The product's functional components or appearance show obvious wear;

The outer packaging is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), affecting resale;

The product is unsuitable for return due to its nature, and this was clearly stated at the time of purchase;

📧 How to Apply for a Return

Returns for Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receipt, send an email to the after-sales service email address. Provided the product does not affect resale, we will process your return within 1-3 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Returns due to quality issues: Within 7 days of receiving the package, please send an email to service@mail.ohklyghk.com. We will process your return within 1-3 business days, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.

Refund process: After the courier company receives the package, they will notify us to initiate the refund process. We will complete the refund within 15 business days.
